At FUUHOME, we are committed to providing quality pet toys and a clear, fair return process. Please read the following policy carefully before submitting a return or refund request.

1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

We offer a 30-day return and exchange period, starting from the date your order is delivered.

  • Return or refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt

  • Requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted

  • This policy applies to regular retail products only

  • Returns are accepted for international orders only

  • International orders are all final sales and are eligible for returns or exchanges.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Be in original condition with all tags attached

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Include valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Return Fee & Shipping Costs
  • A return handling fee equal to 10% of the product price will be deducted from the refund amount

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

All return and refund requests must be submitted by email before sending any items back.

  • Reason for return or refund

  • Clear photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send detailed return instructions by email.

⚠️ Do not return items to the original shipping address.
The correct return address will be provided only after your request has been approved via email.
Returns sent without authorization or to an incorrect address may not be processed.

4. Applicable Return & Refund Conditions

Returns and refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • The received product does not match the order

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • The product has functional issues under normal use

For claims involving missing items or incorrect products, an unboxing video may be required for verification.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Customers will receive their refund within 7 natural days

  • Actual processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank

6. Customs Fees

If an international order is refused or canceled after shipment:

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility

  • These charges are determined by local authorities and are non-refundable
