1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed on the FUUHOME website are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Processing time refers to order verification, packaging, and preparation for shipment

  • Orders are not processed on the same day if additional verification is required

  • Once processing is completed, the order will be handed over to the logistics carrier

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping notification email once your package has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations & Service Availability

Currently, FUUHOME only ships to the United States.

United States Shipping Coverage

  • ✅ Supported: United States (continental U.S. only)

  • ❌ Not Supported:

    • Alaska

    • Hawaii

    • Puerto Rico

    • U.S. minor outlying islands

    • APO/FPO/DPO (military addresses)

    • U.S. affiliated islands or territories

Orders placed with delivery addresses in unsupported regions cannot be fulfilled and may be canceled.

We do not offer shipping services to countries or regions outside the United States at this time.

3. Shipping Fees
  • Free shipping is available for orders shipped within the continental United States only

  • No shipping fees apply to eligible U.S. mainland orders

  • Shipping costs for unsupported regions are not available, as delivery services are not provided

Our shipping fee policy is consistent with the logistics settings configured in our store backend.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 15–20 business days after shipment

  • Delivery time begins once the package is dispatched, not from the order date

For applicable shipments, please be aware that:

  • These fees are determined by the destination country or region’s import regulations

  • Such charges are not paid to FUUHOME and are not set or controlled by us

  • Fees, if applicable, must be paid upon arrival of the shipment in the destination country

7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may experience delays or delivery failure

  • FUUHOME is not responsible for losses caused by address errors provided by the customer

  • Please do not attempt to ship returns or packages to the sender address unless instructed by our support team

Any official return or reshipment address will be provided by email after your request is approved.

To complete delivery, FUUHOME shares only the necessary information (such as recipient name, address, and contact details) with logistics and courier partners.
